Service Model Descriptions

Subscription-based Recruitment

This plan is agile and cost effective without sacrificing quality of service. This model is a fan favorite for clients that have multiple hires on the same team or across teams. This is shared risk model for clients that are committed to us providing them with exceptional talent.

Fee Breakdown

  • 18% of mid-point Salary, Flat Fee

  • Example: 3 Systems Engineers @ a salary band of 100-130k. Midpoint salary is $115,000 @18% =$20,700 x 3 Systems Engineer placements is a fee of $62,100

  • 3 monthly payments of $20,700

  • The shared risk part. The payment is broken down into three monthly installments. First payment is due once the search is initiated. KPI's are in place to access our output monthly. If not met, there is a contingency to end the contract and any subsequent payments. Previous payments made are nonrefundable.

Subscription-based Recruitment Additional option

We can fully integrate into your business, systems, brand, processes and culture.

Fee Breakdown

  • Requires an additional project management fee

  • Based off of project scope

  • We take over and own the whole process, saving you valuable time

  • Due to integrating into your systems we can schedule directly on hiring mangers calendars, decreasing time to hire due to a lag in scheduling

  • We hand over our project files and add candidates to your ATS, ultimately building your bench strength for any future hires


Contingency Search

This model is best for filling non-critical positions. Requires minimum commitment from both parties.

Fee Breakdown

  • 22% of first years annualized salary, inclusive on any bonus or cash compensation

  • Example: 3 Systems Engineers @ a salary band of 100-130k. Midpoint salary is $115,000 @22% =$25,300 x 3 Systems Engineer placements is a fee of $75,900

  • Payment due Net 30 from the start date of the candidate

Retained Search (Executive & Confidential Searches)

Our executive search agreement or retained recruitment, is a personalized, high-touch recruitment model predominately used to source and hire for executive-level, confidential and specialized roles.

Fee Breakdown

  • 25-30% of first years total cash compensation (annualized salary, inclusive on any bonus or cash compensation)

  • VP and Director level roles: 25%

  • Executive Level roles: 30%

How the payments work

  • Retainer/Deposit: 33% of the total fee is due within net 30 days from receipt of invoice and is required to initiate any search. This is Non-Refundable.

  • 2nd Installment Payment: An installment payment of the fee for services, calculated based on the Search Fee less the Retainer/Deposit, is invoiced once qualified Candidates are submitted to the Client for review. The installment fee of another 33% of the total fee is due within net 30 days from receipt of invoice.

  • Remaining Fee: Final payment of the fee for services, calculated based on the Search Fee less the Retainer/Deposit and 2nd Installment Payment, is invoiced once the final Candidate is hired. The full balance of the fee is due within net 30 days from receipt of invoice, or the guarantee is invalid. Final invoice will be adjusted based on the previous two invoices based on the successful candidates first years total cash compensation
